I have tried Relacore and Cortislim and it seems to keep things under control. Both seem to have the same responses, but the Relacore is more subtle about the energy released in your body or this is what we think. When I got off the Relacore I noticed that my pouch seemed to be protruding a bit more than I would like. I didn't think it made too much of a difference since I was taking it daily on a regular basis, but being off of it for 4 weeks, there is a noticible difference. The Relacore helps with energy, but I find that taking it and using the AbLounger on a regular basis for 2 to 4 weeks, my stomach looks flatter. Don't know if it's the AbLounger or the Relacore or the combination of both. You might want to try one bottle to see if it works for you.

I dont like any sort of deit stuff, and stay away from it all (unless professionals give the a-ok).
Anyway, if you're female - its actually very healthy for you to have that little pouch. Also, most people has an "area" that is basically their genetic store fat - no matter how hard they try, they will never lose it.
I have the same deal, I have never gotten rid of my little pouch, but it really doesnt bug me - my abs are solid behind it and I am in great shape.
If you dont like the look, I've heard that carbs are prone to the stomach area, so if you are eating a lot of pastas or stuff like that, try cutting back a little.

Baggy clothes hide your body and encourage lounging around. So regardless if you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes to help keep you on track.

Keep a small water glass, which you ought to refill often, instead of a sizable water bottle on your workplace.

Don't keep junk food inside your kitchen. If it's not at this time there, you can't be tempted because of it.
