Answers to questions that believers frequently ask atheists:
Why do you not believe in god?
No evidence.
Do you worship Satan/practice witchcraft?
No and no. (& witchcraft isn't nessesarily "evil")
Why don't you believe the bible?
First of all, atheists don't believe the bible is completely fictional. (We believe much of the historical parts.) Second of all, see the first question.
Where do your morals/ethics come from?
Logic. We care about others as well as ourselves to ensure the survival of our species. & does it really take a god to make people care about other people?
Why do you hate believers?
Not all atheists hate believers. The ones that do might do so because some believers try to convert nonbelievers/look down on nonbelievers.
How do you explain the origin of the universe?
How do you explain the origin of god?
How do you explain holes in the fossil record?
First of all, we haven't discovered all there is to discover. Second of all,

fossilization is a rare occurance, considering the fact that scavengers & microorganisms tend to destroy dead organisms.

Contrariwise, we have loads of evidence for God. You, on the other hand, have absolutely none to prove He does NOT exist.
See this unbiased website for pure scientific evidence on why evolution is not possible.
http://emporium.turnpike.net/C/cs/top.htm
Let's see. Creation: a loving God carefully and wonderfully created a world to perfection. Evolution: Nothing exploded and here we are.
You see, God's existence is not based on your belief in Him. He is there whether you like it or not. If someone was holding up a gun to my head, I could choose not to believe it was there, but when it went off, it wouldn't matter, would it?
God is infinite. You are right when you say that no one can explain the origin of God. However, isn't it easier to believe that there is a God who created our world than to believe that said being exists? I mean, if He's all-powerful, wouldn't it make sense that our tiny human brains can't comprehend it?
Our morals and ethics are built into us. Your logic was given to you by God. Extraordinarily few animals have even *close* to the logic we do.
No, maybe we havne't discovered all there is to discover--but the millions of fossils we HAVE discovered all point to evolution.
Chris Raleigh, I'm a creationist too!! Email me!! Also, it's not helpful to be sarcastic or flaunt your knowledge (saying thigns like 'already I know more than you do')....it doesn't convince people....I speak from experience...

Saying morals comes from logic is a fallacy. That is not a fact. Why is it logical to care for someone else? Isn't it more logical to ensure your own survival and not care about competitors?
You also have to wonder where did logic come from? Dust particles time + chance? That is not logical.
You BELIEVE you are right. That doesn't make it a fact.

i do not comprehend how human beings can trust interior the disprovable Christian version of "God" and the Christian version of "introduction," yet I do comprehend how some human beings can nevertheless trust that life in the international would have had some type of a author(s), divine or in the different case. the conceivable life of a author(s) does no longer contradict Evolution, it in effortless words contradicts Abiogenesis. there remains a logical probability that there would were some type of a author(s) who all started the technique of Evolution.

Okay I'm a fifteen year old creationist.
And I know more about this than you do, all you are doing is counterattacking the questions without providing real evidence.
Good going there, you're really helping the evolution cause.....

--Its interesting that you present absolutely no references--Is it because we are not intellectual enough to believe in fradulent science, that has remained a theory, for what maybe 100 years of hoaxes!
--Even when some of you who give long answers--provide very few straightforward scientists who agree with up to date findings: Some of your comments without reference are here being quote:
--RESIDENT EVOLUTIONIST WROTE THIS IN A REBUTAL TO MY POSTED ANS, using my name directly:
-----"And you know this. If I were to ask you to cite this "evidence" against evolution, all of your sources would be religious fundamentalist web sites. Few of them will have degrees in science, fewer still will have PhD.s (except in fields like Christian Education), and almost none with PhD.s in biology. Yes you will find a handful of biologists or biochemists working in some obscure lab or university (and if so it is a Christian university), but these will be dwarfed by the tens of thousands of biologists from such institutions as Oxford, Harvard, Stanford, MIT, etc."
----Did you note there was not even an effort to give us a specific source, ONLY--THIS PHD, OR THIS PROF.--From Harvard, Stanford etc.
I--THEN I copied what Richard Dawkins said about evolution and also showed a rebutal from a biologist --it appears the the "resident evolutionist" called the scientist who appeared in NEW SCIENTIST a christian fundamentalist Please note
An example typical of views that often INTIMADATE(my caps) laymen is this assertion by Richard Dawkins: “Darwin’s theory is now supported by all the available relevant evidence, and its truth is not doubted by any serious modern biologist.”
--But they are typical of attempts to bury opposition by means of such language. NOTING THIS(my caps) an observer wrote in NEW SCIENTIST: “Does Richard Dawkins have so little faith in the evidence for evolution that he has to make sweeping generalisations in order to dismiss opponents to his beliefs?”
--Then I presented more info here in part with noteworthy authorities:
--In a foreword to John Reader’s book "Missing Links", David Pilbeam shows that scientists do not always base their conclusions on facts. One reason, says Pilbeam, is that scientists “are also people and because much is at stake, for there are glittering prizes in the form of fame and publicity.” The book acknowledges that evolution is “a science powered by individual ambitions and so susceptible to preconceived beliefs.” As an example it notes: “When preconception is . . . so enthusiastically welcomed and so long accommodated as in the case of Piltdown Man, science reveals a disturbing predisposition towards belief before investigation.” The author adds: “Modern [evolutionists] are no less likely to cling to erroneous data that supports their preconceptions than were earlier investigators . . . [who] dismissed objective assessment in favour of the notions they wanted to believe.”

god is faith...the rest is fact. morals are how we want people to treat us, or how we perceive the world should be based on our views... we get those views from our parents and society. so really, morals are tradition.
