ok there is this boy that i think is really cute so two days ago my friend introduced us. Bascially I came to him. Is that a problem? Dont boys approach girls? so today i saw him at his locker.(our lockers are near each other) There was a problem: i was the first one to speak not him. I said hi how are you doing? he spoke so i asked if he wanted my phone number. I didn't want to ask for his because i thought that giving him mine would be a way to see if he was really interested. he took it and left. what im thinking is that he is not interested. He didn't speak until i spoke. and he didn't ask for my number. Was it too soon for me to give him my number? i did so because i wanted to get a little ground. Am i right for not expecting him to call on the first night? Im ready to give up because i think that i tried too hard and turned him off. now im panicing thinking that he isnt interested. What do i do?

Just chill, girl. You did what you did so just wait. He may call the next day. Some guys play games like that, to not seem too desperate. If he doesn't call after day two, give it up.

YES that is a problem. The guy chases you YOU DON'T CHASE AFTER THE GUY. He DIDN'T ask your number because he is not interested. NO he will not call you on the first night guys ONLY do that if they are VERY interested. If he doesn't call with in 3 or 4 days FORGET ABOUT IT! One thing you can do is tell him that you might have came on too strong.

You are smart so why have you gone and done such a stupid thing? It's okay to talk to him first, sometimes you nedd to make the first move, but if you don't see him pushing also, you need to lay low. You shouldn't have given him your number just like that, but you can rectify the problem. He's not going to call you for now. When you see him at school, don't look like it affected you. Laugh and smile as much as you can around him. Tellhim hi, but ignore him sometimes. Let him miss you. Good luck.

to be honest you messed up big time but on the other hand some guys might like what you did but if he does not call gather up all guts you got and TOMORROW go up to him and say sorry and that maybe you and him started out on the wrong foot then ask can we start over .
