He may like you...what you need to know is, just becasue someone says he likes you..does not mean he wants to go out with you. It is normal for a guy to like a girl as a friend.
And yes..you are too young to be going out with someone. But..it is fine to have him as a friend to just hang around with.

I am 13 and i say that you should go up to the kid and day that you have heard that you like me. Do you or don't you. If he goes aaaaa. Then just say i understand and walk off. But if he says yes than just say that you are to young for him. Girl he could take advantage of you. Trust me, all the guys think about is kissing and making out with the hottest girls. You are too young for this. Wait till you are 13.

at 11 life is just getting hard and life starts to move fast. take it easy. belive me, im 16, theres more time than life. talk to the kid and take your time with it. create a relationship with him first. not friends though. just a hi hows your day thing. after that be kind to him but not too nice where it looks like you really really like him. then just see what happens from there. if hes nice back and you guys get along tell him straight out that you like him.

second one is your not to young for him. I was 11 once so I know. I am now 15 but yeha heck no! your not to young.. just tell him you like him. hun dont regret it! and if his brother is telling the truth then he should tel you. if not then you'll fund out the truth.

WEll you are younger then him and boys older will want more of you so i would play it safe for now but you can ask a friend if he likes you. And if he does ask a mom or older sister or something to see if you should go out with you because i dont know michael. Well good luck!~!~!~
