Since I don't have a pull up bar, what can I do to exercise the same muscles that a pull up does without any equipment?

Get in an open corner in your room and put back into corner now place your feet about 2 feet out from wall and use elbows to push yourself out from wall with hands on chest and keep you body straight, just like a regular pushup but backwards. Change the exercise by changing distance feet are from wall and the height placement of your elbows, go as high as you can and as low as you can, this works all the back of arm mussels and sides. Push ups to work the front of arms.

The great thing about chin-ups is that all you need is a tree branch. Plus they're easy to build (all you need is a pipe).
