How come when I record something with my Intergrated Webcam on my HP laptop, the recording is always fast?

I have an Hp Laprop with an Intergrated webcam. I have to use quickplay to take a picture or record something. When i take a video and then when I replay it, the replay is always really quick. It is like it fast forwards what i jsut recorded...how can I fix this?

You should be able to use windows movie make to match all your needs.
