The most important meal is Breakfast, make sure you eat a good breakfast.
Don't eat anything two hours before you go to bed.

But at 14 you do not weigh much. Here is a calculator for your ideal weight. Just put in your height then push calculate and you will see. Me 104-137 I weight 130 doctor wants me to weigh 135 he says that is healthier.

Quite honestly, unless you're 4 feet tall, 110 is a great weight. You're 14! I know you dont want to hear this but you should not be worrying about your weight. You're still growing and you're going to need weight in order to get taller. Let your body grow. Also, just so that you know for life in general, it's better to lose weight from the activity side of things than the not eating side. Your body needs food, extra activity will bring down your weight in a healthier way than depriving yourself. Besides, not eating tends to take away muscle which actually burns most of the calories second-to-second so you end up sabotaging yourself.

you will not lose weight with just eating 3 meals a day. you have to eat small portions 6 times per day. I lost about 20 pounds in 7 months by eating 6 times per day. The whole point is that you have to keep your insulin level up, so eating very small portions every 2 hours will do that and you will see results with in the first 2 months. The hardest part is having the time to eat 6 times, so you have to prepare your food a head of time.

You sound thin. Hopefully, you're not one of those people who are obsessed with always getting thinner (to look better than or like someone else), because comparisons are dangerous. (I had a friend in high school who died from diet pills. Her inability to assess her self-esteem issues led to it.) Anyway, there is a book and program called Body By God (NWBodybyGod.com), which is more like a mind overhaul than some rigid diet of the week doomed to failure. Everyone I've met who has gotten involved or read the book has experienced major results.
