The Trim System Body Kit is really good. It focuses on the Protein Plus Diet created by the Better Life Institute which encourgages healthy balanced eating for a lasting lifestyle change.
It also comes with delicious meal supplements like protein bars and shakes and natural supplements like CLA, Citrimax and Chromatemeate so you will curb your appetite and retain muscle while you are losing fat.
For excercise it comes with DVDs that only take 10 minutes per day and focus on the four basics of cardio, weight bearing, core and stretching.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. Losing weight depends how big you are. The best answer i could give you is try working out in a gym, ask for a trainer who could help and give you a program suited for you and eat healthy. Try to cut off sweets especially chocolates and ice cream. And if you eat too much rice, try cutting it off to just a cup. If you have the determination to lose weight, you can. Hope this helps you. =)

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

You can continue eating this way the rest of your life and always be at your ideal weight.

There are all kinds of crazy fad diets out there...but the best way to lose is to change the way you eat. Cut down the fat, and cut down your portions, and get some kind of exercise...even if it's just walking.
I just got to my weight loss goal (lost 75 lbs) with Weight Watchers. My doctor advised this was the best and healthiest diet there is (and most doctors agree). It's also a diet you can live with long term.

Eat 4-5 small meals instead of 3 big ones. Always eat breakfast, and make it healthy. Make all of your meals healthy. Exercise for about an hour everyday. When you eat, eat slowly. Lose weight with a buddy. You can both push eachother. Go to WeightWatchers.

recreate conditions your DNA expects, in other word the typical human norm for 3 to 5 million years

works out to about 3 to 5 miles of walking or light jogging every day - which the Institute of Medicine has determined to be the breakeven point for humans to stay fit and keep weight off

i'll tell you how i did it and you can learn from me. i was 80kg and what i did was go to gym and use the treadmills. everyday i did it for 2 hrs straight, 5 days a week. in just 5 months i got from 80kg to 60kg. i learnt that you cant just lose weight by doing things a little at a time, you have to go full on to see results. i hope that helps.
