we was together for 3 yrs and lived together for 2 yrs. he passed away about 2 or 3 months ago. His family and some of mine are mad bc im seeing someone, is that wrong of me

It's really hard to lose someone, especially if you were living with him. I would have waited a bit longer to recover for fear of making this guy a rebound... but follow your heart and let them know that you loved your finace but that you are trying to move on with your life.

First of all I wont to say that I'm SO very sorry for your loss. Try not to listen to the other creeps on your answers response. Some people are jerks. Everyone grieves in a different way some people get over things sooner than others. Some never do. Listen to & follow your heart. Understand this may be a coping mechanism for you to deal with your loss but out of fairness make sure and let your partner know about your loss and take it very slow at first and it could very well turn into something beautiful.

You should have waited at least six months before seeing anyone else. Some people can get pretty testy when you start seeing a new person that soon. Its like you were on the rebound. I'll tell you now, if thats the case it won't work out.
You should ask this person if they really care for you to hold off and wait for about a year....this may cool things off between the familiies.

Yes it is way too soon for you to be seeing someone! You can't even remember ther date he died 2 or 3 months ago and you were engaged and with him for 3 years! Poor guy!!
Have you no respect? No wonder your families are mad at you! You obviously never loved this guy or you would be sad and mourning him. Again I say, poor guy!!
Show some dignity and respect and consideration for other people instead of yourself!!

well two months is a very short period of time to get over someone's death that u supposedly loved I'm not sure how u could have really loved him and in that short of time being seeing someone else i can understand why people are mad at u ur not showing him any respect at all. remember the last thing u get to do for someone that passes away is honor their memory and ur not doing that

he has only been dead for 2 or 3 months? you don't know. he was real important to you wasn't he. anyone who has loved someone who has died, remembers when they died. funny you don't. do you not know what a morning period is? you are seeing some one too soon. you should at least have waited 6 months. i can see why some people are upset with you. the way I'm seeing this is you didn't really love your fiance. otherwise you wouldn't have rushed to meet someone else.

Some people have their own ideas about mourning and grief when a loved one dies. They don't think that you've spent enough time grieving before you moved on to somebody new. And they equate this time with the amount of respect and love you had for him. So, they think that since you can move on so quickly and easily..... you didn't love or respect him very much.

No, it is not wrong. Everyone has their own grieving to do. It takes different amounts of time for different people. If yours & theirs don't match, that isn't your fault. If you feel ready to get on with your life then do so. Do not let them tell you that "you couldn't have loved him much if you're already going out with others this fast". No-one knows what's in your heart except you & you don't have anything to feel guilty for.

Its arguable...I mean I can see their point. Like they're supposed to be thrilled when their son has died and then his fiance says "oh what a shame" and runs off with some other guy. You don't even seem the slight bit unhappy about this.

His family thinks its wrong becuz he just passed,and to see the person that he was in love with,with another guy really hurts them.I'm not saying to be alone forever,I'm just saying don't you think its too soon?????
