To be motivated you have to REALLY WANT the results. Use things that trigger your brain and make you think "I want that hot body!". I used pictures of hot, fit girls to help motivate me. Another thing that worked for me was taking a nice, hot bath and drinking a big glass of iced tea or water while I soaked.

If you have the time, you can set up a low maintenence beauty type of routine for after you work out. Here is mine:
Work out for at least 30 minutes, draw a hot bath, grab a glass of iced tea, soak, get out of the tub, apply my favorite lotion and body spray, watch Sex In The City or Weeds while flipping through my favorite magazines.

I always feel great while I'm in the tub and after I get out so I know that if I work out for at least 30 minutes, I will feel good.

Eat healthfully. If you are eating good food you will loose weight faster which helps me stay motivated.

Take pictures of yourself naked. If you take a new picture every week and keep looking at your weight loss/ fitness increase you will want more results.

Finally, I tell myself that I have to go to the gym and I can stop after 30 minutes of running on the treadmill if I don't feel up to it. Most of the time, I just get really into the play-list on my iPod and go for atleast 45 minutes.

For motivation, I listen to music. Try listening to music that gets you pumped up while you work out. It makes exercising fun. For instance, Paul Stanley's song Live To Win (off of his Live To Win album) is a great song that would be perfect for motivation.

use something like...
a new shirt, [or some type of clothing]
go to the mall one day and pick out everything you want.
and say
alright if i go one good week with no binges, and i excercise good,
i can buy this shirt, or whatever you wanted.
it's motivating
plus
you think. wow if i work out i'l be able to get it in a smaller size and feel even better!
