I have had two children in less than two years. My two are 17 months apart. I need to loose like 70 pounds. I need to know the best way to go about it. I have Asthma so I can't do to much Cardio. Please help!!!!!

Well I am planning on joining a gym with a few of the women from my mom's group and I am going to start walking twice a week. I just need to know if there is a specific regimine that is good for me. I do take the green tea pills

I have stopped eating as much carbs. I eat mainly veggies and fruit and a lot of chicken. I eat healthy and I have since I got pregnant the second time. Broccoli and Cauliflower are my favs now

If you can walk every day, that is a good excercise. Basically the only safe way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories than you burn up in a day. Therefore, eat foods that are low in calories, high in fiber, and drink a lot of water. Running after 2 young children can be exercise by itself! Try snacking on carrots, apples, etc. If you really get a craving for something sweet, try sucking on a piece of hard candy. I try cutting out all breads and potatoes for a while. Sometimes, brushing you teeth can give you that clean mouth feeling, and then you don't feel like eating. Good Luck.

Hmmm...gastric bypass maybe? I have advised many people on how to loose weight, but if you are physically unable to do cardio (I assume that means you cannot train high intensity weight or interval training either), then I am at a loss. Obviously control your calorie intake and make sure you have a good mix of protein, good carbs and good fat...lots of veggies and fruit and lots of cold water. Do whatever weight training/cardio you system will allow.

Try buying a pilates video.Its non impact with slow movements. And the results are amazing! Also only eat complex carbs,proteins fruit and vegetables

Well, please, do not take dieting pills, you can try going to a gym or what my mom did was buy lean cousine meals and you can buy one per meal and buy slim fast drinks and rice crispy treats for snacks 3 meals a day ( they are really small ) and 1-3 snacks aday. and take a slim fast drink with both, meals and snacks.
