Definately better down. nomatter what face you have. Go with your hair down and probably curl it alittle at tips! :)

I think it's hard to say generally speaking because every person and hair style is different and looks good different ways.

Up for special occasions.
Up on windy days or when doing sports.

well I like it better up (cuz i hate my hair..grr..) but my bf likes it better down.
