when me and my guy are around his friends he acts reserved and shy towards me like he wont hold my hand or hug me, but we its just me and him we are fine hes all lovey dovey towards me. is this how all guys are ?

No it isnt how all guys are the boy is probily afaid that his friends will make fun of him for his feelings towards you pubicly dont push him around his friend eventually he will grow more confortible with the situation...

How long have you two been going out? If it's not been too long, maybe he's just not comfortable yet showing you off to his friends, for fear that they will make fun of him. If I had a girlfriend though, I wouldn't have a problem holding her in public or while with my friends. If it's really bothering you, I suggest you talk it over with him.
If it's been for the last two years, I strongly suggest talking it over with him. If he really loves you, I don't see why he would be uncomfortable "showing" you off.

no not all guys r like that
some guys r sweet and will show their gf affection no matter whos around
he just probably feels he has to act all tough when with the guys

yeah. when guys are around guys they think being all lovey dovey is embarrassing. they want to look manly around their friends. i know it sucks. its just guys.

yes, he is just trying to be cool or above it all in front of people.
Think of it like when you are alone he is comfortable, if he felt as good around his friends as he does you then he would be relaxed around them too.

no. he might be just nervous or he doesn't know what his friends will say. u should talk to him and ask why he acts different around his friends. good luck to ya.

I can relate 2 you on this once becuz i experienced this........maybe hes embarassed or doesnt feel comforttable showin u affection around friends.............. ask him about it

actually my gf's usually do that to me, it depends what kind of person you are. some are just not comfortable with there girlfriends, and dont want to show public affection
