at my work we were asked this ques. there was no one else in the "garden" but adam, eve cain and abel one son is now gone and eve & adam did'nt have any more kids(?) where did we start from out of incest, did c ain have a family w/ her son and did God approve, every one at my job is waiting for answers or theories or something I am to pass the info on at work tomorrow, Give me REAL theories not vulgar stuff please this is serious!:)

They had other kids as well. The bible mostly mentions people who are ancestors of the messiah or people who did something worth noting.
According to the bible everyone descended from Adam and Eve so you have to assume incest was committed at the time.
Since people were closer to perfection this apparently wouldn't result in deformations.
There were no other people around who weren't related to Adam and Eve.
As shown by people's lifespan they got weaker with time.

Adam and Eve also had Seth, and possibly other children after that.
As for their spouses, if you believe the story literally, then it isn't much of a leap to assume God created a couple of wives.
If you don't believe it literally, you could point to Cain's concern that others would kill him (Genesis 4:12-15) and assume there were other people on the earth.
And if you believe it is just a story, then don't worry about it.
