At least the Chicken McNuggets were sugar free.
Honestly, if I have a McDonald's craving, I go - but I order the Happy Meal. After all, a hamburger, small fry, and 12oz Coke was the ADULT meal when Mickey D's opened. Or, I'll grab a salad - or the chicken sandwich (no mayo) with water. All of their nutrition information is online, so you can get yourself a game plan before you leave. McDonald's is not a snack location - what's a snack to other people is my meal.
Healthy snacks - at my desk at work, I have unsweetened applesauce cups (50 cal), organic raisins (130 calories - a little indulgence), and a tray of Diet English Muffins (100 cals, 8g of fiber). If I really planned ahead, I'll bring a whole grain, whole wheat mini bagel with a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese - 155 calories. Piece of fruit usually does it for me.

Eating an Mc D's occasionally will not hurt you. Controlling cravings is not easy. Try to drink a lot of water, keep really busy, go to bed and sleep a lot, brush your teeth a lot, use those little listerine strips when you get a craving for something sweet. Also, when you do snack, try to make it popcorn or something with a lot of fiber. Good Luck.

I are watching for the $a million fee menus at a great sort of quickly nutrition places could have much less and much less bang for the greenback as inflation rears its gruesome head. the only reason i admire the fee menus is the undeniable fact that i will basically purchase a decrease priced burger with no need to purchase stale fries and a ripoff soda. i'm surprised with how plenty a great sort of places fee for lunch those days. maximum places in southern California are around $8 for lunch! the great ripoff are the sandwich and burrito places like Quizno's and Baja sparkling. you will bypass to McDonalds and spend approximately $5 or $6 yet evaluate that to $3 or $4 ten years in the past. in case you decide on for to maintain a great sort of money in the process the inevitable recession, %. a lunch and don't consume out. you will in all hazard shop a minimum of $one hundred a month.

While healthy snacking is always important, know that when your body craves food, it's usually because it needs it. Like, if you craved a burger, you might need the protein. So, cravings aren't necessarily a bad thing.
