100 divided by 4 = 25 Ohms.
Loose one lite
100 divided by 3 =33.33 ohms
That means your lights will burn brighter, and your resistance factor actually goes up. So heat of the current will cause the filament to burn hotter.

Ther is no effect because the voltage applied to th other lamps remains the same as before
