Simple Answer: All the other lights will stay on.
Effect:
Answer: Resistance remains constant per item.
100 ohms.
4 lights = the variable.
100 divided by 4 = 25 Ohms.
Loose one lite
100 divided by 3 =33.33 ohms
That means your lights will burn brighter, and your resistance factor actually goes up. So heat of the current will cause the filament to burn hotter.

Ideally, none.
In practice, since the source has some resistance, the other lamps will become a bit brighter.

Ther is no effect because the voltage applied to th other lamps remains the same as before
