He is five feet eleven.

Do i say: Il est cinq pieds onze pouces

and

He has brown skin

is it: Il a la peau brun.

if any mistake please correct

Literally, il est... but that's not the proper way to describe someone's height. What I'd say is something like this: Comme taille, il a 5 pieds 11 pouces. Or, Sa taille, assez grande/petite, mesure 5 pieds 11 pouces. It's a bit more convoluted but it works.

Il est brun would be OK. Or, il a la peau brune. (Gotta have agreement between the noun and the adjective.)
