DO NOT PUT HIM DOWN! he made a mistake, give him a chance in life please he still has a long life to live. Buy him a muzzel and take him to training schools. Give him lots of love and atteniton and treats so he knows that you love him and you'll be with him not matter what. Take hime to parks play with him let him interact with others more as long as he is on a leash or has a muzzel on.

Seriously, you need a professional to help you with dog. Unfortunatley, this type of assistance can be pricey. In the meantime, you should definately be watching the TV Show "The Dog Whiserer." There are a lot of different methods dog experts utilize. The Dog Whisperer will, if nothing else, give you hope. I have never visited The Dog Whisper web page but they might show some videos from his most difficult treatments, including some very much like yours. Good luck to you ... I know how much we love our pets!

if he had that and has problems adjusting from that time, then im sad to say you must put him down for your safty and the safty of those around you. He may one day over power you and attack and wont stop until the worst happens your hurt too badly or someone shoots him on site. You must think past the love for him and think of YOUR safety and friends, family and nieghbors, even children.
There are Limits for love of your animals to your own safety, in this case Safety is the most imortant. Dont be selfish. Yes you love him but he will do greater damage next time. Go to the doctor to get your hands cleaned, infection will happen if your not carefull. I Yes you will have to explain what happened and how and why!
If he attacks someone else then the city will take him and have him killed.

If you really think that you want to put more time into the dog and try to train him to stop, good luck. I'm sure with the right training he can broken of his bad behaviors. Poor thing to go through so much. Show him he can trust you and be patient. But after some time if he dosn't calm down and start learning how to be behave than for your saftey I would contact your local animal shelter for more advice. Good luck, He's lucky to have a human who loves him so.

You need to seek a professional behavioralist.
Why did the dog bite you? Was it feeling threatened, startled? Was it eating? These are all questions that the behavioralist will ask you?
Do you have small children or any children? This is not a situation you want to deal with if you do.
Please talk to you Regular veterinarian. This is a situation that can and most likely will esculate and depending on the type of dog could end in tragedy.

I think you may have to put him down otherwise he may cause some serious damage to someone else and if they die what will you do then. Either that or you may need to take him to intensive dog training school they cost a bit of money, if you can afford it then that would be your only option. It would be really irresponsible of you to just leave him the way he is, as you described he seems very agresive. So please get some help for him because if he kills someone you may end up in jail.

some animals have such bad experiences with people that they never recover. maybe you dog is one of those. if you don't think he can be around people without showing aggression, maybe you should do him a favor and have him put down. if he only bites sometimes, and you are diligent enough to watch him and attached enough to still want to take care of him, then go for it.

well I think you should try to give the dog to an animal shelter so that they can decide what to do with him. At the animal shelter they test the dog on certain things such as touching him on certain spots. Then they will decide if the dog is good enough to be adopted . If you do not do anything fast then the problem.

Maybe he doesn't trust you... you could put food in the bowl and stand back, but don't be scared, wait and tell him your in control. You know that look him in the eye stuff. If it fails find an expert.
