so I was just wondering, for those of you who feel this way....how are you going to determine who is illegal just prior to shooting and WHY are you shooting? It seems the reason you give is that illegals are "breaking the law" by being here but isn't it also a crime to murder someone? Isn't that also "illegal?" Are you just going to take it upon yourself that their "crime" of stepping over an invisible, man-made line in the sand to find a better life for their families is GREATER than the crime of murder?
I would really like to know how these feelings are justified.
Please, I've been called every name you can think of, it just doesn't bother me like you hope it does, so I would appreciate if everyone could just please focus on the actual question and answer the question.

Monreda....I have never reported you even though you do harrass me, use profanity and call me names rather than actually ANSWERING my questions. Unlike most people in this forum including the YA censors who hold my questions for 3 hours before posting them, I feel that everyone's opinion should be heard and everyone's input considered. Once again you are pointing the finger in the wrong direction.

I've done one better Miss Rancher, I've visited MEXICO...the poorest places where these people come from. I've seen the absolute poverty. I understand their desperation. I don't condone what someone may have done on your property. Perhaps you've gained a reputation there for being cold & heartless to people in their hour of greatest need & it's a way of retaliation. I don't know. So while you claim to know it all because you're on a ranch at the border why don't YOU take the time to step off the ranch & visit where these people are coming FROM? Maybe then we could see a little more compassion & TRUE understanding. But since the welfare of others is not YOUR concern but only your own personal property & your life you probably wouldn't even care. I'm betting too though that your home sits on what was once known as MEXICO.

So, Pamela. Let's say you are not in your comfy townhouse but you are a working farmer/rancher near the border. Each day, one or more of your live stock has been killed. Your garden has been raided. Your fences have been cut . Your water tanks are polluted. There is human defecation on your porch and in your bushes. Pray tell, Pamela, would you just allow an illegal person to vandalize what you have legally worked so hard for? Try two things. Try getting from behind that computer and actually visiting some of these ranches. And.. Try to voice your opinions on this forum with a little more research.

it is not justified, we should get the ip addresses of the people who said that and have their asses arrested for conspiracy,,, funny cuz half of them prolly live at home with mommy and daddy and will loose comp privileges,,oh no what will we do!!!! I'm not saying there aren't Mexicans who commit crimes because there are alot, but check the facts there are more white men and black men locked up for some pretty heinous crimes,,, for most Mexicans the only crime they commit is crossing a border... and i didn't say all Mexicans i said for MOST... like uh the sex offenders registry,, ya not alot of Mexicans there,, but about a million middle aged white guys,, why does no one realize that>???? its just easy to point fingers at other people rather than except u are wrong,,, and watch how many thumbs down i get for simply stating the FACTS!!!! cuz people only want to hear what they agree with and what is convenient for them,, they still will probably disagree with me about the sex offenders,, but they cant disagree and be right cuz the proof is in the website,, all those photos!!!!!!!

I have shot at illegals on my property. I knew they were illegal because A.) They were trespassing at night. B.) They shot in my general direction first. C.) They ran and hid. D.) They were eventually surrounded by my ranchworkers. E.) They surrendered. F.)They couldn't speak English G.)They were arrested and taken by Border Patrol. Very justified.
