The only place I ever heard of a "Migraine Special" was on King of the Hill, in which case the "Migraine Special" was code for sex.

There is no medicine to treat migraine. Only Alternate Systems of Medicine treat it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. Some villagers treat it with some herbal drops, pl search if possible or try this-
.prepare two three drops juice of drumstick leaves. One or two drops in opposite nostril of painful side helps reducing pain.
