It sort of sounds like it could be a urinary infection. Only a vet can truly diagnose for sure what it is. There are urinary tract health dry cat foods now and she will have to drink more water. Try to calm down a bit, she won't die right now, all you need to do is call the vet. There are night emergency clinics for pets and there is your regular vet during the day. May your baby be ok.

Are you 100% sure she is spayed? It doesn't seem like it... those are the exact symptoms of being in heat. Or maybe she wasn't spayed properly- they may have goofed up in surgery. Check with your vet ASAP.

Take her to a vet. Most communities have an emergency vet practice open nights and weekends.

You need to take her to the vet as soon as possible, it sounds as if she has a urinary tract or bowel blockage. This can be extremely painful and may cause kidney and liver damage.
Good luck to you and you cat.

Maybe she has a uirinatract infection i would defently get her to a vet quick. Becasue it could be somthing serious. If she goes out side she could have eaten something that she cant pass.

Take her to your local emergency vet. It sounds like she's in pain. Maybe she's constipated. I would at least call the emergency vet to see what they think.

Go to the vet, immediately! The longer you wait the worse it is going to get.

wait, I'm not sure,I'm no vet but if she can't sit down isn't it something wrong with her well, bottom? I mean it may sound gross but maybe it hurts her too sit down or something.
