You will not be able to lose 20 lbs in 19 days. Even if you do lose the weight, it will be water and muscle you are losing-- not fat.
Don't try any diets, as you will gain back any weight you lost the moment you go off the diet. The very best thing you can do for yourself is to change your lifestyle. Eat more fruits and veggies, eat smaller portions, and make sure to exercise regularly. That is the ONLY way you're going to lose the weight-- and keep it off.
NOTE: You say you're only 120 lbs? You more than likely are not fat and do not need to lose weight. What you should be doing instead is focusing on toning yourself, not losing weight. What you probably think is fat is more likely to be loose muscle tone.
Even then, don't expect miracles in 19 days.

Not even a starvation diet will do that and that type of "diet" isn't healthy. Eat a healthy BALANCED diet! Eat smaller portions! Don't skip meals because you end up eating more when you do eat. Count calories. Personally, it took me abut 8 months to loose 30 pounds but I will keep it off. (I also don't exercise.) It's a lifestyle. If yo don't change yourself, the weight will come right back and in grater numbers.

the healthiest you should lose a week is about 2 pounds. now there is a diet called the three day diet where you lose 10 pounds every three days. you could try it just search for the diet in a search engine.
