what is a sand pie if u know answer

Sand PIE
Cream together:
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
Mix together:
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
Fold into pudding:
1 (8 oz.) tub of Cool Whip
Mix together pudding mixture and cream cheese mixture.
Crush (use blender or food processor) :
1 (20 oz.) pkg. of Vanilla Wafer or vanilla sandwich cookies
Layer and serve in a sand pail with shovel.
On the other hand - if you want a REAL sand pie go to the beach, mix water into sand and pat into a pie tin. Let dry a little, unmold and enjoy! As for me, I prefer the first recipe. :}
