God is not interested in "denominations"..... All who come to God in TheWay He prescribes will receive His free gift of Salvation. Those become part of The Church of which Jesus The Christ is The Head. these are the ones of The True Christian Faith. Only those of The Church will enter Heaven...... how do Christian act?... Those of The True Faith strive to follow the instructions of God's Word... and every single one fails... but we keep trying... Christians are just as fallible as any other mortal.... I have known God for 7 years... I am near 60... I can assure you it is not easy giving up the old ways... but I will continue to try my best... that is all God asks... I can tell you it is embarrassing when you slip and use the "F" word in church

Hi.
Here are some of what is needed.... Look up the scriptures if you want??
The most outstanding mark of true Christians is that they have real love among themselves. (John 13:34, 35) They are not taught to think that they are better than people of other races or skin color. Neither are they taught to hate people from other countries. (Acts 10:34, 35) So they do not share in wars. True Christians treat one another as brothers and sisters.—1 John 4:20, 21.
Another mark of a real Christian is that they have a deep respect for the Bible. They accept it as the Word of God and believe what it says. (John 17:17; 2 Timothy 3:16, 17) They treat God’s Word as being more important than human ideas or customs. (Matthew 15:1-3, 7-9) They try to live by the Bible in their everyday life. So they do not preach one thing and then practice another.—Titus 1:15, 16.
The true religion must also honor God’s name. (Matthew 6:9) Jesus made God’s name, Jehovah, known to others. True Christians must do the same. (John 17:6, 26; Romans 10:13, 14) Also see Psalms 105:1, Psalms 83:18, Exodus 6:3...
True Christians must preach about God’s Kingdom. Jesus did so. He always talked about the Kingdom. (Luke 8:1) He commanded his disciples to preach this same message in all the earth. (Matthew 24:14; 28:19, 20) A real Christian believes that only God’s Kingdom will bring true peace and security to this earth.—Psalm 146:3-5.
Jesus’ disciples must be no part of this wicked world. (John 17:16) They do not get involved in the world’s political affairs and social controversies. They avoid the harmful conduct, practices, and attitudes that are common in the world. (James 1:27; 4:4)
Hope this helps?
Mike.

A Christian is a follower of Jesus of Nazareth, referred to as the Christ. Christians believe Jesus to be the Son of God, who lived a life free of sin, who at the end of his earthly life was crucified, and then on the third day, rose from the dead, and later ascended into heaven, with the promise to return.
Most Christians believe in the Trinity or One God in three persons: Father (the Source, the Eternal Majesty); the Son (the eternal Logos or Word, incarnate as Jesus of Nazareth); and the Holy Spirit (the Paraclete or advocate). Today, it is estimated that there are approximately 2.1 billion Christians.

A Christian is one who recognizes he or she is a sinner (wrong doer), confesses that he/she is a sinner, ask God's forgiveness and put his/her trust in Christ for salvation.
Jesus said, "So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed," (John 8: 36)
How does a Christian act? Christlike. They are people who take seriously their faith and what God has to say in the Scripture about our behavior and attitude.
It is not about rules and regulations. But living in freedom in the power of the Holy Spirit who is given to each person who puts his/her trust in Christ.
They pray, read/study Scripture; do acts of compassion and justice; care for the poor, feed the hungry, clothe the naked; visit the sick and those in prison; attend corporate worship; love God and neighbor, forgive as they have been forgiven; live in peace with all people whenever possible; tell others about Jesus and God's wonderful love for them; give generously to the church and to help others; care for the environment; serve God in the church and in the world....
And this happens not because we are wonderful people, but because God is faithful and "is at work within us."
Hope this is helpful.

A Christian is one who excepted Jesus Christ into their hearts. I believe that the denominations is from man. I had a friend of mine told me a long time ago that denominations were of the devil.

A christian is one who confesses Jesus Christ as Lord, believes in the death, burial and ressurection of Jesus, and that his sin was paid for on the cross, and has put his total trust in Jesus, and not in himself, to be found blameless before God.A christian should be filled with the love of Christ, as a matter of fact, John said "If you don't have love, the Spirit of Christ is not in you".We are known as Christians by our love. When Jesus prayed His High Priestly prayer, He said over and over again how His desire for us was to be one, even as He and the Father are one, that we have genuine love for one another, so that the world may believe that He was sent of God. See the implications here? When we allow religious pride interfere with our love for one another, we are found to be working against God, and His plan of salvation. Will we be found guiltless in this? I don't see how. We have not submitted to Jesus, we exalt our own ideas over the desire of our Heavenly Father. We must become of one mind, the mind of Christ.I think Jesus is starting to perfect His bride, because the time is near for Him to come for Her( the Church).

Accepting Christ as their Savior, repenting of their sins, confessing with their mouth believing in their heart that Jesus is Lord.
Every Christian is different, we all handle things differently.
