I'm 15, 5' 2", wiegh around 130 pounds, how many calories should I consume a day to maintian or lose wieght? I'm fairly active, I walk for around 40 minutes a day, run 2-3 times a week, and horseback ride on the weekends. What the absolute minumum I should have?

Well it says on everything "Based on a 2,000 - 2,500 calorie diet." So I'm guessing about that? The 2,500 would be for people who still want to eat but want to diet. The 2,000 is healthy normal. Then take a Centrum, thats got a lot of good stuff.

your basic metabolism rate is 1445 calories a day burned at rest. so in order for you to lose weight you should stay under this number in calories a day. to stay the same weight you should consume about 1600 calories a day.
