does it help u gain muscle? and are there any side effects when taking it?

creatine is for strength training or for the athlete that is involved in a sport where you operate at maximum effort like sprinting, etc.

with the proper training and diet creatine can aid in increasing the amount of muscle mass. but simply just taking creatine does not increase muscle.

when used correctly there are no side effects from creatine

I'm going to get some after wrestling season. My friend used it and he packed on 30lbs. of muscle, with an intensive workout 5 times a week. But I heard it shrinks your nuts. I don't know if thats true or not.
