All death is caused by the same thing, lack of oxygen to the brain, so there's only one way to die.

Ah but there's the fact though a person was stabbed in the back and died, it was loss of blood that killed them. Or was it the fact that the brain ran out of oxygen? Or was it that the chemicals within the brain could no longer function?...you see where I'm getting?
