With this, i would see your doctor, unless the vomiting continues unchecked. Vertigo can be treated with medication, but have to make sure you don't have a virus or some other cause for the upset stomach.

Clear liquids, maybe some Dramamine, and rest. If it all settles down, then GO see your doctor tomorrow. If you still have the nausea and vomiting after a couple of hours, go to the ER for a check up.

It's probably not Vertigo. Vertigo (at least from my experience) is a very severe spinning of your surroundings not just dizziness. I've had it and it is very very different from dizziness. Your symptoms could be from migranes or a number of other things. You should see a doctor. It's up to you if you want to go tonight or tommorrow - guess it depends on how bad you feel and how worried you are.

It could be a middle ear infection as well, if in doubt see your doctor, middle ear infections generally go away in 2-3 days, however vertigo does not. Best to check with your doctor hon to be sure. Good luck

If you cannot hold in liquid or food, you may want to go to the ER. I had this happen and it was the flu. They had to give me IV liquids b/c I was too sick to keep fluids in, and this can be dangerous over time. If you are dizzy already, you may want to go. But I would suggest NOT driving. You can always try to call the oncall Dr. at your doctor's office for advice, perhaps, or the ER, to see if they give you any advice.

But if in doubt, probably best to go.

See a doctor and they can give you medication for Vertigo. It is certainly a miserable feeling. Good Luck!

It's best to see a doctor. Medication can be given to help and if needed tests be done to maybe find the cause, depending on your medical history. Good Luck.

Try taking otc meglazine tablets and if it helps and only happens once in a while, your probably fine to wait to see a dr. also, if you recently had a cold or allergies, it can be caused from fluid on the ear.....either way, try meglazine (spelling ?) and if it persists, see your Dr. good luck

Unless the vomiting is extreme or you have other major symptoms, I'd wait til morning. It could just be a virus.
