Which school of engineering is good Penn state or Virginia Tech?

I already got admission in both schools so which one is good.Please help me!!!

Both are very good schools for engineering. I would make the choice by comparing the departments and faculty/research and see which one fits you the best. Both schools have a good chance of funding even outside the department where you can get a GA or TA.
