probably about 15lbs -20lbs. but honestly ... unless your doctor tells you .. you need to lose weight. Dont obsess over your body, you know what your shape looks like with weight, you know how in shape you are, you know if you have health problems due to weight, we dont so youre going to get biased opinions based on an ideal that is too thin.

According to a doctor's chart, you should weigh anywhere from 120-135lbs (for a medium build). However, doctor's charts go according to height and weight and don't take muscle or body fat percentage into account. If you lose around 20-30 lbs you should be okay. That being said, you don't sound like your overweight or at risk for heart problems. Everybody's body is different, so I would go according to how you feel physically and mentally about yourself. Also, if you are serious about this, I would get yourself measured by a personal trainer to find out exact details.
