They are opposite of each other. Similarities, they are proteins / hormones which is secreted by the body.
Signals the body to react. One to fight flight or fright (adrenaline) and one to relax the body after the situation (endorphin).

Adrenaline can cause vasodialation to your blood stream causing more blood to be circulated to the body. In the same time it breaks down reserve in the body, releasing energy at a very fast rate, other effects include dialation of pupils, indication of increased awareness.

Endoprhin acts as the opposite.

adrenalin speeds up the body, while endorphins relive pain. both are made by the body, both can be replaced by manmade chemicals, and both can be highly addictive.
