You could heat the middle of the igloo. It would be warmer than 0 in the middle since they have small fires in igloos. The ice would need to be way below 0 so it would conduct cold to the inside and you'd have a thermal gradient. Keep the 0 point of the thermal gradient in the air and not in the ice and you can heat the middle. You might get problems with melt around the exhaust hole in the top but I don't know about that. Suffice to say however you wouldn't be walking around in your underwear.

Heat is a relative term. An igloo is much warmer inside than outside.

I like the answer of John S. Yes, as long as you're satisfied with a temperature below 32F/0C. This is generally quite a bit warmer than ambient temperature in the climates where igloos are built.

You can heat an igloo to a point after that it might start melting.
