I don't know of a source. I just want to offer an idea. Do you have neighbors nearby. They may be interested in your idea. Offer them a plan if they would invest in this idea. It could benefit not only you, but them as well. I really like your idea. I wish I could have my own power source.

I don't know much about turbines, but I think you need to start by checking local ordinances - it may illegal or severely restricted to set up turbines on your land. Solar would probably be less controversial, and my gut tells me it would require less maintenance (no moving parts).
