Start by loving the body you are going to have. Start by loving your life. Think about what you have going for yourself right now, and think about what your life will be like when you have lost the weight (only one H, by the way). Stop measuring your self worth by the number on the scale, and start living the life you want to lead. This is the hard part.
The easy part is to eat a well-balanced, calorie-restricted diet, drink water, and get regular exercise. If you can get your head in the game (this isn't easy - if it was, we'd all be doing this), then the weight will come off at about 5 to 10 pounds a month depending on how much you have to lose.

starting eat foods low in calories, fat, and carbs. eat 6 small meals a day. start working out like walking 30 minutes a day or bike riding.
