What would happen to your tissue if your red blood cells did not delever oxygen to it, what would be the conditon of your tissue?

Without oxygen the cells would not have enough energy and cells would begin to die. The extent of cell death would depend on how long the tissue is without oxygen.

Some cells can use fermentation to get energy for a short time, but not for long.

Without oxygen for prolonged periods, all tissues would die. If oxygen is not delivered to tissues, the cells normally adapt through anaerobic metabolism (metabolism without oxygen) in order to supply needed energy. Unfortunately, there is a limit to this phenomenon and if the situation is not reversed, death is certain.
