If it's really bothering you, go to the ER. They will give you medication to help with the diziness and nausea, likely Zofran or Phenergan for the nausea and Valium or Antivert for the diziness.

Before you try medication, please try this,
it could be benign positional vertigo.
Many people go un diagnosed with this condition. In simple terms, you have tubes in your ear that contain very small crystals sometimes for whatever reason they come out this is why you are dizzy.
The great news is that is easily curable. You can do this manuver at home on your bed. It is called the epiley manuver. It is kinda hard to explain on the computer how to do it, but I will try.
Lay on your back with your head off the bed.
Turn your head so your right ear is pointing down to the floor.
Remain that way for 2 min. even if it makes you dizzy.
then turn your head to the left so your left ear is pointing to the floor for 2 min.
Roll to your left onto your stomach WITHOUT LIFTING YOUR HEAD (very important) if you lift your head at anytime during this, you need to start over.
Your head should be looking straight dqwn at the floor, head lower than shoulders, for 2 min.
You are going to keep your chin to your chest, roll onto your right side bend your knees, legs off the bed and sit up slowley and lift head so that your looking straight forward.
You have to repeat the manuver going the opposite way (your left ear will be pointing dqwn)
Do the same thing but in the opposite direction.
The more you do the test the better it will get.
You cant lay flat for 3 days after the manuver.
Sleep at a 45 degree angle with pillows.
Let me know how you do, I know this will work for you.
I do this manuver at least twice a week at my work on patients and it really works.
IHope this help

You may have a middle ear infection....labrynthitis...which causes horrific dizziness which in turn upsets the stomach. However, only you know how badly you feel. If in doubt, go to the ER.
