I dont like the term plastic surgery, it seems to make people seem like a plastic doll. Really it should be called reconstructive surgery but that sounds less pleasant, I have already had the surgery by having vaginaplasty, and yes I would have more if I had the money to pay for it. I dont know if people will read this but I presume you will. Vaginaplasty is the creation of a vagina for someone that changes gender. I would love to have my nose and boobs done but the cost is out of my reach.,

If you actually saw what occurred during most plastic surgery operations then most people would seriously reconsider the proccedure. I have worked in many operating theatres and seen just about every type of cosmetic proccedure. From botox injections, did you know botox is actually made from Botulinum toxin. A neurotoxic protein produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. It is one of the most poisonous naturally occurring substances in the world, to gender re-assignment (or sex change).
Did you also know that there is no law in this country to prevent any surgeon starting up a plastic surgery practice. You may think that this is fine but as with all surgical specialities, important word that, it takes many years to become a skilled and competent practioner of the art, and yes it is an art.
So if you are truly wanting to have a plastic surgery proccedure done I would consult the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.

I personally wouldn't though I'm sure others will say I could do with it. But I've read so many articles that expose them going wrong, or the emense change that is difficult to live with. Going into surgery for plastic modification on the NHS (yes they do do it, for good reasons and there is a loooong waiting list) Whilst there are people who need doctors to perform more regular operations for those who are in need of it, is a waste of time for those who need surgery. On the other hand, if you go private and payy good, stay in your country to have it done and seek medical check ups regularly, then fair enough.....
I've learnt to accept me...well for me really. They way I am and the way I look.

i would not have plastic surgery even though there are things about me that i do not like and sometimes make me feel uncomfortable (even though women are interested in me just on the way i look) the reason most people want plastic surgery is due to the culture that we have allowed to be created around us as well as issues that people have and that can be solved with counselling rather then surgery.

The only way I would do plastic surgery is if I broke my nose or something like that.

Lipo would be good if free, because then I can be a lazy sod. Alas at £4000 it is cheaper to just excercise! :D
