I live in vermont and I only want a very small tatoo, approx 1 inch, by 1 inch.....black ink....possibly a little plum color mixed in, not sure yet about that.... but very small.... I have never had one and have no idea of a price range...

well my mom got about a medium crow tattoo and it cost her about 70$ but that was in the Bahamas

When I was shopping around for my tattoo I was told a lot of the price depends on how much detail you want. Mine was about that size and it cost $60 although it wasn't a crow.

Most shops charge $100 per hour with a $50-$60 minimum
A piece that small would be about $50 + a $10 tip

it depends on where you go to get a tattoo. I have one and I know I asked around about the price of a touch up my tattoo is not big at all. and they said 150.00 I said forget it because I can have another one if I wanted to.

It depends on the shop, the artist, the size of the tattoo, the detail in the tattoo and placement of tattoo on body.
