Not here in Michigan! We just endured through the coldest, snowiest winter on record! Other states here in the midwest got record amounts of cold and snow. City's in New York and Pennsylvania recently in the past few weeks got over 10' of snow in 2 days!!! It's crazy how cold the winters are getting. Last week a global conference on global warming was scheduled in D.C. and it was cancelled because of cold weather!! Not sure what to believe. Today I heard on the news that Al Gore won an Oscar for his movie, but they also said his average electric bill is $1200 a month! That is more then I pay all year! Who really know's? Tell you in a thousand years.

its already here, scientist think that it will melt polar ice caps and glaciers and the fresh water will pour into the oceans and stop the ocean conveyor. the ocean conveyor carries warm air from the equator to the northern hemisphere and if that stops then there goes the warm climate, and that will throw us into an ice age. scientists are still studying the effects of global warming but they are pretty sure this is what will happen. if you watch the movie "the day after tomorrow" it explains it very well, or watch the science channel they have shows about global warming all the time.

Yes it is. Temperatures have almost climbed to record highs in New York and there hasn't been much snowfall either. Global warming, such a big problem yet simple enough to deteriorate by just conserving energy. Just think of the poor polar bears in Antartica when leaving your lights, TV or computer on.

No. It's a paranoid delusion caused by an insidious brain infection called the Chicken Little Syndrome. It causes unexplained mass hysteria, hiding under rocks, and constant fret and worry about imaginary things, most of which, if real, nothing could be done about it anyway. And that's the TRUTH, people!

Yes: you're going to have to allow certain politicians to control your life, because humans put .28% of all the CO2 into the atmosphere. whereas mother nature only puts *99.72% of it there.

That and the fact the entire solar system is warming up, kinda makes a feller wonder.

*According to the NAS(National Academy of Sciences)

YEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you may have heard that we won't see the ice caps melt until 100 years, but the effects are not all gradual. You suddenly wake up one day and global warming will be there killing everybody. The oceans are going to rise continuously throughout your lifetime. We have already seen some of the effects, but we'll only see more. And worse ones too...
