How many calories is in a plate of seafood fried fish and shrimp??

Er... is there anyway you can exchange the fried stuff for grilled?

Depending on how big a plate, this could easily double the calories, and add unnecessary saturated fat.

Shellfish is about 100 calories for 3oz serving (only know this because that's what I made for dinner tonight). Fish really depends on the type.

First of all "FRIED" is the worst. You didn't say how big your plate was. A 12" plate holds a lot more than an 8", in fact about 2 and 1/2 times as much. Also you didn't mention how high the plate was piled. While fish and shrimp can be good, anything in excess can also be bad, very bad.
