dont get all wound up about it . birthdays can be awfull .
just invite a few guys and girls over for a party . at the most . or be smart and have no party on birthday and the next week have a party make out party that kind of thing . i hate to see a birthday go bad. it happens so often.

well first get like 10 friends and go to a UNC TARHEEL vs. DUCk bbal game and root for Carolina!!. then go to a underage bar dance ur heart out with ur friends. And make sure u have a hotel rented and with a limo!
that doesnt sound toooo expensive!
