It's a long shot but there is one advertised here (black has yellow decals)

two options: contact Redline (the manufacturer) and see if they have any left in their warehouse... or go to your local bike shop (if they are a Redline dealer) and have them call Redline for you...

you may or may not be able to find one new, at any price... bike shops tend to discount previous years' models to get rid of them after they don't sell. good luck.
