You can buy retainers for piercings, just be sure the retainer is high quality and that it can be autoclaved.
...Except why do you have to hide it? Seems like a waste to me.

If you wear baggy shirts that dont come past your belly button then it will be simple to hide it. If you wear tight shirts on the other hand then the belly butten ring will be easy to see.

you can buy a roll of thick fishing line. cut a 2 inch piece off, insert into the piercing, and tie in a knot.
i know this sounds gross, but it allows the piercing to become almost invisible while not growing closed.

really no unless u wear a sweat shirt but y would u want to cover it up? any ways just wear like a sweat shirt or big t-shirt nothing 2 tight. hope i helped

they make clear barbells. it's not really hiding it, but it's less noticable. check out this link, i think it's exactly what you're looking for. hope it helps :)
