You're only 15 don't worry about your weight.

I'm proud that you are taking a weight issue into your own hands and not going with the flow and trying to keep your wait down.
This may seem redundant, but the best thing you can do is excersize... I mean, you don't want to gain fat, do you? Find a fun sport, or go to the gym. Just so that you don't start losing weight, do up your calorie intake slightly, but don't worry about numbers. Eat whenever you feel hungry, and stop when you're full, and try to avoid the junk food.

Good luck,
Shibby

Normal calorie intake is 1700-2400 im guessing..depending on how much you move around and burn off...If you wanna gain weight try eating dinner later (like after 6) That way you wont burn off all of the fat.. Eat lots of pasta dishes...Dont get too addicted to eating..youll wanna lose weight if you eat too much..lol

I am have the same problem as you...I am finding it VERY difficult to put on weight which feels odd because so many people struggle with loosing weight..I reccomend adding in extra little snacks/meals to your day...but healthy ones! Try eating things like trail mix, energy bars or yogurt because they are
high in calories but still good for you. Also drink lots of liquids. Make protein shakes or drink juice with all of your meals. GOOD LUCK!

You're so young! Don't worry about your weight unless your doctor tells you there is a problem! Be happy that you are healthy and not obese and unhealthy! Take care of your body and eat healthy foods, as you get older you will most likely gain weight as your body changes.

Eat a lot of carbs like bread, pasta and grains. That way, the extra weight won't go directly to your belly as it might if you ate junk food like candy and soda.
