There are several different standards of pronunciation for Classical Latin, so your answers will differ.

You can always tell the difference if the book is written with macrons. If not, a good dictionary will usually use the macrons in the entries.

The interrogative pronoun quis, quid is short (kwis). Quis when it is short for quibus is long (kwees).

"Kwis" is correct.
And quid is pronounced "kwid" and not "kweed."

for English speakers it's "kwees".
You must pronounce rhe final 's' and the English 'ee' sound is the sound of Latin 'i'.
