If you have winzip installed correctly, you should be able to highlight your PDF files, right click them and click on "Add to Archive" or something to that effect. This will take you to winzip. Then just choose a name and a location to put the winzip file and you should be all set.

Use of WinZip
1. Open your WinZip program
2. Drag and drop your PDF (or any other)file into the WinZip program
3. Save the Winzip file (ie ***.zip) into a location you want.
PDF files are quite compressed already. You won't be able to see much difference after compression using WinZip

Right click on the pdf file and select add to .zip and not with ur filename.zip , so that it will pop out menu wizard .
there u choose extra compression. its reduces the size.
IMHO, pdf files are mostly compressed ones. So u wont have much difference in the high compression one also.
hope it helps

Or depending on which version of Acrobat you have, you can go under the FILE menu, and pull down to "REDUCE FILE SIZE". You can also go under "ADVANCED" and pull down to "PDF OPTIMIZER".
Try different setting, and see what gives you the smallest file size, in relation to the resolution.

just right click the file you want to compress and select to the zipping type you want. then if successful, you should see a zip file (or a file of same filename as original though had different type) right around there.
