No, you are not too old. You might have to be monitored by a doctor more closely than a younger woman would, but most women your age are fine. My grandmother had her first child when she was your age, and that was 57 years ago, so I am sure you will be ok.
I am 33, and I will probably be your age when I decide to have my first child, if I ever decide to have one, so you're not alone.
Kudos to you for being responsible and not having children before you were ready.

I teach pre school and the mothers in my class are either in their early 20's or early 40's. I don't seem to have many 30 something parents this year.
If you are healthy and happy then go for it. Many people have children later in life and love every second of it. Many times when you are a little older you are able to enjoy your children more. Maybe you are more financially stable, maturer, and realize how quickly times flies.

its never too late to become a mother. it is the best thing that you can ever do for your self. it is the most rewarding job you will ever have. you will smile everyday and feel like you are the luckiest woman in the world. also be sure to talk to your doctor before hand and learn all there is to know . Congrats and good luck in what ever you choose to do
