Do I ask when I am leaving? And what do I if she says no? How do I play it off etc.

while you are talking to her ask her for her email, it's less pushy
as she is writing down her email addy ask her for her phone number as well, at this point she won't even think about it

Heres what I said it worked for me: "hi, (girls name). Hey are you doing anything this week or next week. (whether she says yes or no it doesnt matter). Well can I get your number(add your own reason)."

Hi, well just have a jokey attitude about it say something like how about your digits there lady and just smile or laugh and if she says no, well just say aww I was just kiddin anyhow.

Do it on your way out. If she says no, then just thank her anway, and slip out the door. No harm, no foul.
