Your coolant level is the most likely culprit, LOW, your engine is much hotter the is indicated because the coolant is to low to circulate until you step on the gas, this increases the flow just enough for the coolant to start circulating. This is dangerous for the engine because it is to hot which is why your oil pressure is low.

You want to check two things on the car. First check the oil dipstick. If the oil light comes on at low rpms then there is a chance that your oil is low. If the oil level on the dip stick is low then have the oil changed. Secondly check the coolant level in the reservoir for the antifreeze. If that is low then you may want to think about having the coolant exchanged. Most places can change the coolant and does a pressure test to make sure they're no leaks in the coolant system.

most likely the heat issue is a thermostat that came apart I've seen plenty of them come apart, with the oil light check the oil pressure switch, it is probably leaking oil thru the switch and up the harness, if this is the case you will need to replace the switch and replace part of the harness. Just the end at the oil switch and cut up as far as you can reach and still solder in the repair harness.

i own a repair shop, and the oil sending unit will make the oil light come on at low idle as far as the heating of it goes,it may just be low on coolant ,if it drops down below a certain level ,it will not give off good heat at all,,you may also need to have the idle speed of it re-set,this will make the oil light come on if it gets below a certain rpm, good luck,i hope this help,s.

The oil sump is cloged or the oil pump is is bad. to remidy this take 2 qts. of oil out and put in 2 qts of gasoline run the car for 2 minutes shut it down and drain the oil and . replace the oil and see if that takes care of the problem, if it didn't take care of the problem then the oil pump is bad, replace it.

Sounds like low oil pressure. You may need an oil change

the heat problem might be your heater core is air locked when you push the accelerator coolant is slowly working its way through

Possible causes are: Oil filter plugged,,oil pump excessive wear,,,engine idle speed to low,,,,(oil light)
Coolant loss,,,radiator leak,,,,heater core leak,,,,radiator core plugging up,,,,missing thermostat,,,cooling fan, on all the time,,(water heat)
read from easiest to more difficult.
