Be gentle when you tell him, if he loves her as much as she loves him, it will hurt for him to hear this.
Tell him that she wanted you to share this with him, because it is hard to her to tell him, explain what you do know at this point, then it will be up to him to go to her and be there for her
Just start off with I don't know how to say this but..... and say what you know. If he asks why she is having you tell him. Let him know that she is just absorbing the information herself and dealing with this devastating news,

I think she should tell him, but if she really doesn't want to for some reason I would just say Ok, I have something really sad and difficult to tell you and just tell him.

If you would rather let her know what might help her get rid of the cancer email me at leanne27@aapt.net.au
I have a herbal recipe that helped a woman with advanced ovarian cancer and given eight weeks to live and for another person with cancer given six weeks to live.
If it was me, I would want to get rid of the cancer.

If I were you, I wouldn't tell him. I would let her tell him then be there for her after she is done.

Why can't she tell him herself? Is she looking for sympathy from the guy? or she just can't bear to see the pain on his face if she tells him?

Let him know so he won't stop trusting her when he finds out for himself.
